Teapigs Tea
It's no secret, I love tea. It's rare to see me without a mug of it and recently I've diversified my tea flavours and moved away from the classic breakfast tea and started to try more herbal teas. Don't get me wrong, I still love a good cup of decaf breakfast tea but I wanted to share with you all a wonderful brand which I've been trying called teapigs.

Not only do I love the taste of teapigs, the convenience of being able to order online and have it delivered to my door is a blessing too. In my latest order, I got a big bag of my peppermint tea leaves and a taster back of sweet ginger tea but when I opened my order I was also surprised with a sample of Chai Tea and Chamomile tea.
The Tummy Tonic (Peppermint)
I love peppermint tea and the fact that this is called the tummy tonic makes me chuckle ever so slightly. Teapigs peppermint tea is the best peppermint tea I've had and it comes in both tea bag and loose tea formats. It has a unique taste which is refreshing but not completely in your face which is down to the whole tea leaves which are used.
Peppermint tea is also really good for your digestive system. I have ulcerative colitis, a digestive disease, and I've found that peppermint tea has actually helped ease some of the symptoms, along with a mix of tablets and diet restrictions, and I know a lot of people who also use peppermint tea when their stomaches are off.
Sweet Ginger
I love ginger and couldn't wait to get a sample of the sweet ginger tea. I think that the sample tea idea is a great one as it costs about £1.50 and you get two tea bags of your tea of choice so you can try new tea without committing to a load of it incase you don't like it.
For me, I was a little disappointed with this tea and found it too sweet and in your face. I still have a tea bag left of it though so I'm going to give it to my mum to try as she too loves ginger, probably more than me.
Dream on (Chamomile Flowers)
I've never tried Chamomile tea before having this and I can now see that I've defiantly been missing out! I don't really know how to describe the taste just that it wasn't overly powerful which, if you haven't guessed, is exactly what I like in a herbal tea.
I haven't tried my Chai tea yet so I will let you know what I think when I've had it. I highly recommend using TeaPigs as their delivery is so speedy (3-4 days) and they have great customer service too. I can't wait to get another order soon!
Let me know in the comments below if you've used teapigs and leave your flavour recommendations!
